Accessibility Statement

This website is designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Conformance has been assessed by internal review, not yet by an external audit, so we describe the status as partially conformant: some parts may not yet fully meet every criterion.

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and logical heading order.
• Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA ratios in both light and dark themes.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Labelled form fields, accessible error messages and dialogs that trap and restore focus.
• Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 px and supports 200% text zoom.
• The page language is declared and switches with the Montenegrin/English toggle.

• Some third-party links lead to external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) whose accessibility we do not control.
• PDF or media materials published later may not yet be fully tagged for accessibility.
